We stayed for just 8 hours, used it as a base to see kuta before we flew out. The doors to the balcony could not lock, they were broken. Bed linen was stained and the plumbing questionable. The music from the pool hall down stairs was that inescapable I think it contributed to the drying of my clothes on the balcony. I would use this place for the same purpose again.

I booked a room here because I know the area very well. I was looking only for a convenient location and a low-cost stopping point for two nights, before moving on to another part of Bali. This hotel was a fine choice - it was very quiet (noise is a BIG problem in Legian) , the room was basic but clean, wifi was good enough. The ambience is a bit gloomy - the huge wall is ugly and the pool seems to be there mainly for display. But that's why the price is relatively cheap. I wouldn't mind coming back here though, for the sheer convenience. I also appreciate that they let me keep my bicycle inside my room.

The place is a dump! Bathroom was dirty, towel was old and smelly. Felt sick and itching all over. Staff were coughing and spitting. I checked into another hotel first thing next morning

Worse hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, no hot water, very noisy, ants everywhere, no towels, no toiletries, only got 1 toilet roll, poor WiFi connection, no room services, shower was very dirty and flys everywhere, the door was hanging off the hinges and when I asked them to fix it they didn’t do a good job. Very cheap but not worth the money. Celling far very noisy.

Beware of Cockroaches and Worms
If you like roughing it or camping, this might be the place for you because it doesn't feel like you're in civilization anymore. Room was complete with worms, cockroaches and mosquitoes to give that truly outdoor experience. No running hot water and no drinking water.

When I got to my room there was no toilet seat as I arrived late I didn’t report it till the morning got told will tell maintenance well after asking every day on a 4 day stay it never got replaced never got room changed you should of just told me it wasn’t get fixed not tell me tomorrow every day poor effort on your staff communication

Worst Accomodition in History
The room had no telephone or reception for pre booked Excursions from expedea. The shower constantly was Brocken of the wall no mirror in bathroom or storage. Breakfast good but inadequate unlesss you payed. Last date check out 12 not 2 pm invasion at 11.45 by 5 left at 12pm. The majority of the staff Excellent to me personally & Extermily helpful with consideration Thankfully.

Good option for backpacker/budget traveler
The hotel is a 10 walk from the beach and from the nightlife. The balcony is nice to relax on when the weather is too hot. The breakfast is standard for the region. The wifi goes in and out, but is okay. They don't clean your room while you are there, but you can request it if you want them to. I am a young female traveling alone and felt safe in the area.

Nightmare
I do not recommend this Hotel. While the price might seem great and the pictures look decent, this was not what we received. The staff showed us our room, a 2 single bed layout even though I was booked for one double bed. The room was very dirty and the towels were still somewhat wet. The was room needed and cleaning as it seemed like it was not at all wiped down. We could not bring ourselves to even shower as a distinct dirty bathroom smell was present. Bugs and critters were crawling on the floor. The closet was filled with spider webs as it looked like it's been obsolete for quite a while. I immediately started looking for other hotel around the area but unfortunately it was already late and moving around Bali late was not an option. We just couldn't wait till morning and get out of there.

My room was a nice size, I had no AC (not an issue, just saying). The staff were friendly whenever I walked past and always happy to answer questions as best they could. The two things that really disappointed me was the WiFi (it was okay not terrible) and that there looked to be some blood on the walls (not 100% sure on this) but it was a little unsettling. Overall the stay was fine, if I was just staying to sleep and go for a brief swim or two.

Property is considerably worn out. In my room, the holder didn't fit with the shower head, the bidet shower was broken, the door to the shower room couldn't shut. But they have a pool, free breakfast and convenient location. Reasonable.

the staff are friendly and their service was excellent. the facility was clean and set away in a quiet nook. the pool delightful and the breakfasts each day were incredible.. i will return again next year with the rest of my family.

Not worth the money. Bathroom smelled like sewage from the drain and the smell filled the room. Room was full of mosquito's and ants were crawling everywhere even on the bed. Towels provided were useless and need replacing. Room gets very hot and fan is just useless. Included breakfast is not worth the extra money as I ordered waffles with peanut and chocolate and was given two pieces of toast with a little bit of peanut and chocolate on them that didn't taste good. People being very loud in the middle of the night and staff really don't care. Pay a little more or find something better for the money as this place is not worth it

Convenient location in Kuta.
This hotel has good sized clean room with ceiling fan. Good clean pool. Nice friendly staff. Simple delicious banana pancake and coffee/tea breakfast included in room price. Cheap. Good location with Aussie owned cafe on the same street. Nice balcony. Did have an unpleasant smell in bathroom drain.

When i arrived, i can't charge my phone and i went to the reception to ask if i can borrow one, the staff said they don't have one and i should buy ony, that upseted me. Another thing is there is no shower gel and shampoo in the rrom. Except for that, the rest is ok, especially there is a swimming pool, pretty nice. Andthr hotel is quite cheap as well, it's not a bad choice if u wanna save money.

its not close to the beach -- its at least 15 minutes walk bathroom dirty and smelly ---previous guest litter left behind hole in the back of the door to the balcony light above the bed -bare wires -- didnt work wall facing the hotel -- very unattractive breakfast - not worth eating---only scrambled eggs available-- no fried -- asked for soft scrambled eggs -- got overcooked granules that u have to chase around the plate coffee terrible construction work in the foyer -- building staircase -- no warning the bedroom on your page does not look at all like my room for the Price i paid i didn't expect anymore than this

A nightmare to avoid at all cost!
This place cannot even be called as Hotel. Forget about the two stars rating! I went and got given the keys without any explanation or introduction to tbe property. The room I was given was worse than a garden shed. Mouldy walls, dirty bed lines with holes in them, disgusting floor and unsafe from all points of view. The bathrooms are extremely unclean and people using them could have serious health repercussions! I went to ask for another room and the second and the third they showed me were even worse!!! As a serious booking site for Hotels you should seriously check this property and banned it from your recommendations as it gives you a bad name. Needless to say I left although I fully pre paid for the two nights. I only booked there because of your recommendations I feel now kind of robbed for how bad and unsafe the place is!

Muy mala experiencia
Decidimos estar tres noches en este hotel, y que las fotos que se nos mostraba lo hacían un lugar ideal, a la llegada todo totalmente diferente, estuvimos en una habitación donde la cerradura de veía totalmente forzada para poder entrar! Osea esto no nos dio seguridad de nada, al ir al baño y usar el lavamanos olía mal y rebaja caer el agua al suelo, la tubería estaba totalmente dañada y no solo eso en el baño de las tres habitaciones, las paredes mugrosas, mal olor, el abanico del techo toda la noche parecía descompuesto por qué sonaba y sonaba algo peligroso parecía que se iba a caer pedimos cambiarnos de habitación con aire acondicionado y el señor nos elevó el precio en un 200% algo increíble cuando si lo hubiese podido hacer por esta aplicación me hubiese costado un dólar! Nos volvimos a pasar de cuarto y este no estaba mejor que los demás! Sucio y de mal olor! Quisimos usar la piscina y la verdad no se nos apeteció! El agua lucia bastante turbia! En resumen, jamás recomendaría este lugar! Deberían cerrar lo y hacerle una remodelación por qué la verdad lo necesitan!
