Due to Covid 19 my trip was cancelled. All other hotels gave me refunds but not this one. I have sent numerous emails to Wotif who do not even reply back. I am extremely disappointed.
Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough. It was a fantastic holiday resort and we enjoyed everything about it. My only negative would be that the mattress was really hard but that's my opinion, not a negative about the resort.
Where do I start. There were no inclusions from this hotel. No free airport transfer one way which other hotels offer. Internet is non existent in rooms. Had to sit outside to get internet and it doesn’t work in restaurant at breakfast. Toiletries were missing and weren’t replaced. Staff friendly enough but when I asked reception for bed sheets they never came. They ran out of spring rolls at breakfast and when we asked for more we were told we would have to pay for them. Happy hour is pathetic. It’s 20% off. The only positive is the pool. There are other nicer hotels to choose from that offer lots of inclusions
