"very nice stay would definitely recommend and stay here again. budget wasn't the best needs more variety of foods, incredibly limited. the room lighting for makeup and getting ready for women was very dull and very limited, needs a vanity or vanity lighting on restroom mirror. uber and taxi pick ups were always a struggle we had to walk out of the area to catch an uber or taxi, quite inconvenient. otherwise, great service great location great people great atmosphere love it!!!"

"Exceptionally clean! Guests are required to take off shoes before walking in the lobby. Amazing Japanese breakfast buffet and we really enjoyed the unlimited soba and matcha and all available generous amenities offered."

"Right next to Osaka station. The view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The entire hotel felt modern. "
