「旅館有點舊，電話有點故障不易使用，很難與櫃台人員聯絡，房間海景有點被樹擋住了，不過因旅館環境不錯，旁邊還有walkway, 可散步看海，整體來說還不錯」

The wait staff, from Andrew, Bibin, Vivek, and the others never sit around. They are always on their feet, waiting to see what they can do for you. Uvin, Sweety, and Chris at the front desk make your settling in with ease. The fact that I know all their names speak to the impression they have made. 」

「I have only good things to say about Port Muziris. The airport pick-up service was fast and easy, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel.」

「We just had a really great stay at the Fortune on Airport Road in Kochi! Honestly, the place feels brand new – everything is modern, super clean, and just looks nice. It even smells good as soon as you walk in, which is a great first impression. Our room was spotless. We really liked that they had all the little things we needed already in the room (like toiletries, tea/coffee), so we didn't have to call and ask. The staff we met were all very polite and helpful. 「We were surprised by what we saw and weren't convinced it is a 4 stars hotel. The hotel was in a very old condition and had moldy smell. Not sure its because Cochin is a coastal city or purely because hotel is too old. Overall it wasn't worthy 4 stars. Staffs were quite nice and helpful though. If you look for a good price, it might be an option to you.」
