"The staff was absolutely rude… nobody seems to communicate amongst the staff. I sent numerous message prior to my stay and nobody bothered to reply. Parking was ridiculous and the staff didn’t know anything about the parking garage that is attached."

"We normally stay at more boutique hotels but trie this and were pleasantly surprised. Couple of bars onsite and a starbucks plus a general store with good stuff. Made things easy…only kinda crummy thing was tight parking if you are driving a bigger vehicle their lot is not easy. I drive a landrover and my wife would have hit vehicles or walls navigating. "

"We recently stayed at SpringHill Suites for my daughter’s cheer competition, and I had to take a moment to recognize Sandy at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond for our family during our stay. From the moment we arrived, Sandy was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Traveling with kids for a competition can be a bit hectic, but she made everything so much easier and stress-free. She was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that level of heart into their work, and it did not go unnoticed. Sandy made our experience so much more enjoyable, and we are so grateful for her kindness.
