"エクスペディアの予約の場合、名前を英語表記で登録されるのを知らず、チェックインの時に、タブレットで自分の名前を漢字で入力したところエラーとなった。焦って問い合わせると英語表記 で登録されていると案内していただき、その対応に安心感を感じました。
部屋は綺麗で、プールや海で利用するのに十分なタオルがあり、ベッドルームとリビングのベッドで家族4人カバーできます。
調味料が塩胡椒、油少々なので、醤油とかはありません。"

"ガスコンロが2口あって自炊時にとても便利でした。調理器具は十分そろっており、フロントではラップやキッチンペーパー、アルミホイルなどを無料で提供してもらえました。コーヒーも１Fの営業所が開いている間はいつでももらえました。スタッフは皆しんせつで明るく優しく接していただきました。宮古島滞在のいい思い出に大きく貢献してくれました。どうもありがとうございました。"
