"It was hard to access without a car (required a 40-minute bus ride from Kurashiki Station and a 15-minute walk from the nearest bus stop). The public bath house was nice, but some calming music would make it a little more relaxing when it's quiet. Otherwise, the door opening was very jarring."

"I haven't checked out yet, but so far the hotel has been amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful; the room is large, clean, and comfortable; the bath is big and the shower pressure is strong. The bathroom looks much nicer than the standard tiny unit one most hotels have. The staff were extremely helpful and also made us feel very welcome. The hotel is extremely well located for walking to the Bikan Historical Quarter.
