"Typical Toyoko Inn so there's underbed storage, inadequate curtains to keep out the light, and good climate control. The problem was I had a top floor room but there must not have been people below me for floors or something because the floor was so cold it felt refrigerated. I cranked the heater but since it's at the ceiling it heats the room top down so the floor stayed really cold, like refrigerated cold. It took until the next morning where the floor didn't feel refrigerated but still was unusually cold and not until that evening the floor finally didn't feel cold. Breakfast was really sparse, just bread and onigiri. I would prefer them to just say no breakfast and just have coffee then I would prepare by going to the conbini the night before."

We were treated poorly for checking out only 15 minutes late, including an invasion of personal space during checkout. Additionally, a forgotten personal item received no assistance or support afterward. This experience was extremely disappointing and should never happen to guests."

"What a wonderful relaxing stay we had.. very easy to get to (we travelled by train from Osaka), and got picked up by Yokinosato from Yoro train station. "

"Room was hot and air conditioning was not available. Only fan and heater. Maybe because it’s still spring and not summer? Entrance to hotel off of main road is really difficult to see and dangerous. No dinner service. Other Route Inn have great dinner, why not this one? Front desk staff is great. Area around hotel is grim but hotel is nice. "
