「The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing! Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. 「ホテルは古いですが、歩いてアラモアナscに徒歩圏で非常に満足です。ただエアビーの予約とはエクスペディアからインフォメーションがなかったのでフロントで聞いてびっくりしました。改善点だと思います。ルームクリーニング、タオル交換は無しでしたがかえってゆっくりできました。チェックインもすぐに出来て、お部屋も綺麗でした。結果良かったです。」

「I chose this property because I was traveling with my 91 year old mother. We had a lovely large room, two beds, a full kitchen with utensils, a large bathroom, and a large private balcony. Our rom faced the sunset, with harbor and ocean views. We were able to park our rental car at a highrise parking lot in the next door building. Staff were very helpful. we'll definitely return!」
