"I had an amazing time here until i saw the charges on my credit card. I noticed i had an unauthorized charge from Toshari on my card. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone, and when i finally got a hold of someone, they never returned my call. After waiting 2 wks, finally a manager called me, and denied they made any other charges to my card. I put a dispute in with my bank after having the convo with the manager, and by that point I was angry because of the horrible customer service i...

"Nice place and room. Not on main road. Hotel is located inside and road is bumpy unpaved with no lights. Hard to exit in the morning. Dinner included was good. Room was comfortable, we had a living room. Staff accommodated a take away breakfast, we left at 6 am the 2 nights we stayed here. Safe. It had AC."

"A wonderfull stay in oberland lodge. A warm welcom at the entrance wit a cold towel and a glas of bubbles. The lodge and the rooms are fantastic. The service is great. In front of the lodge is a waterhole where we saw 4 rinos. And lot of other animals. "
