Beautiful place

Pure heaven after camping 5days, with dust everywhere. Staff very helpful with arranging an extra room for our friends. Very good dinner and breakfast Buffet.

I had an amazing time here until i saw the charges on my credit card. I noticed i had an unauthorized charge from Toshari on my card. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone, and when i finally got a hold of someone, they never returned my call. After waiting 2 wks, finally a manager called me, and denied they made any other charges to my card. I put a dispute in with my bank after having the convo with the manager, and by that point I was angry because of the horrible customer service i received with this matter. Fast forward 2 1/2 months later I receive a message from them telling me i was double charged and i need to fill out a form. I was inconvenienced by having the charge to my account and now they want to inconvenience me by filling out a form. I'll just let my bank continue to handle it.

Sehr gutes Essen, nah am Ombika Gate und Anlage sehr schön und gepflegt. Einziges Verbesserungspotential ist die Poolanlage, deren Liegen mal erneuert werden könnten.

Fabuleux : beau lodge, excellent buffet

Très beau lodge. Personnel aimable et attentionné. Bungalow 26 : bien positionné à l'écart mais pas trop loin. Bel aménagement, bonne literie, moustiquaire au lit. Salle de bain ouverte mais propre, pratique, eau bien chaude. WC séparé. Climatisation et ventilateurs. Frigo. Plusieurs piscines agréables. Beaucoup de petits espaces de détente bien aménagés. Grand restaurant avec deux spots de cuissons en direct : grillades et plancha. Beau buffet froid et chaud, soigné, beaucoup de choix. Viande extra cuite selon en direct selon votre goût. Idem au déjeuner (à partir de 6h). Cuisine extra.
