着いたら営業してないって言われてビックリした‼️
到着したら、アルバイトさん1人で何やら大掃除中。 「電話連絡しているはずですが、12月初めに閉店します。 もう営業はしていません。」と言われ愕然としました。電話連絡は無かったです！「同じ価格帯の所を探して紹介しますから、予約自体はご自分でお願いします。」と。着いた日は土曜日で、難しい状況でしたが、何とか2.5倍の料金でHotel the Gateに予約でき、泊まる所があってホッとしました！翌日以降はK2ホテル、¥500高い所に3泊でき助かりました。大阪から熊本まで語学ボランティアに来て、集合時間に間に合うか心配しましたが、間に合い良かったです。 しかし、アメニティの無い当ホテルに泊まる事になっていたので、タオルを余分に入れ、スリッパや寝間着も入れていましたが、両ホテルともしっかりアメニティが整っていたので、荷物が多くなった分なんだか損した気分になりました。 結果的には、良いホテルに泊まれたから良かったですけど、 それにしても、連絡も無しに勝手に営業辞めたって言われつどんなに驚いたことか！口コミでは、リニューアルしたばかりで綺麗だからこの料金は非常にお得って書いてあったからいいなぁと思って申し込んだのにー。まだこのホテル、サイトから削除されてないと思います。早く削除しないと、次々と被害者出ますよ！責任者は一応来たみたいでしたが、謝罪の言葉も無く呆れました！なぜサイトに閉店の連絡しないのでしょうか？酷い経営者です。だから潰れたんでしょう。

完全女性フロア希望でした…
受付など対応は良かったです。 女性専用フロアと認識して予約をとったのですが、トイレとシャワー室は男女共用でした… タオルやシャンプーなどアメニティは、有料です。 街へのアクセスは問題なかったのです。

施設自体は綺麗でした。使い勝手も良かったです。 もう少し清潔感が欲しいです。シャワールームにたくさんの髪の毛等が落ちていたのが気になりました。ゴミ箱の数ももう少しあるといいなと思いました。

hotels.comからの予約は５００円追加料金を　取りませんよ！！ここは　とにかく　静か。人の話し声　ゼロ！！！私は６連泊した。きれい　ひろい　一人で貸切のような雰囲気。清潔です。熊本市のド真ん中！！！アーケード　ロッテリアの＠＠マ隣の２Ｆ＠＠．高級デパート鶴屋のデパ地下まで　歩いてすぐ！！大体６:２５分過ぎに　半額セール始まります。バス停もこのデパートの正面です！！！！　　　便利極まりない！！
