Loved our stay at this property! Great spacious apartment hotel that was in a convenient location near a lot of the local attractions in Kumamoto. Limited parking, but there are plenty of parking lots nearby to use. Staff was very helpful in directing us to them and check-in was a breeze.

Apartment style stay with washing machine and dryer in the room was great for a base to explore the city, Aso and Takachiho. Buck beds loved by kids.

It's a good/very good place to stay. The building is new and modern, although already showing some signs of heavy use. The rooms are well equipped and the kitchenette is small but functional. The beds are comfortable. The location is easy walking distance to the tram (Gofukumachi or Kawaramachi Stations). Check in was smooth and there are staff at the front desk till 10pm. The minor drawbacks are absence of a desk (at least in the room I was in), and the relatively dark kitchenette. Overall, I would recommend the place.

The hotel looks quite new with modern design. The rooms are big with plenty of rooms to open your luggage, clean bathroom and toilet, and comfortable bed. There are also multiple paid parking slots in front/ next to the hotel. It’s in walkable distance to the Kumamoto castle. Would stay here again if we come to Kumamoto.

Very impressive room comfortability
We definitely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Except for the self-checkin where we encountered problem, everything else is excellent. the staff was also there during our self check-in issue. very huge luggage space for such a small room size, as the room design was well-thought. the washing machine in the room saves a lot of time and money as you can wash your clothes for free. athough parking space was limited (total 4), there was a very reasonably-priced parking area just beside the hotel. we can even see our parked car from our room view. there is convenience store at the corner to buy your food and drinks.

This place was very clean and new. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It was very convenient having a washing machine in the room. The easiest way to get to Kumamoto station from the hotel is to use the city tram.

擁有舒適空間/生活機能完整/窗外視外/交通方便/服務視切的日式榻榻米房
這次我們在FAV住了7晚，沒有訂購早餐，服務人員親切，對於我們需要借用杯子或是包裝購買物品的膠帶等需求都很盡力幫我們完成，響應環保房間三天清理一次，房間內有吸塵器可以自己簡單清潔，小廚房有抽油煙機，房內有空氣清淨機及加溼器，我們可以自己維持房間的乾淨整潔。房間空間大住起來很舒適，離電車站走路約5分鐘交通非常方便，唯一有一個缺點可能因為是榻榻米地板，來住宿的客人都不用穿拖鞋直接赤腳在房間走路，在我們的房間內會一直聽到腳步聲，應該是透過建築物牆壁傳過來的震動，還好我們睡得比較晚，這個腳步震動聲沒有影響到我們的睡眠，下次再來熊本我還是會選擇FAV，我覺得這是一家很棒符合我想要的所有功能的飯店。
在小廚房內準備自己炒肉，有抽油煙機，雖然廚房不大，但空間已經足夠讓我準備早餐和晚餐
衣服洗好後掛在浴室內啟動乾噪功能，衣服3個小時就乾了，對要在日本住很多天的我們來說很方便
小廚房旁邊是獨立的廁所
把窗簾拉開可以看到藍天是很棒的風景

The room is big and clean, well equipped with washing machine and thermo ventilator. But the wifi is very poor, almost no connection
