"We checked-in in the evening around 8pm. Was appalled to see big group of people in the house having 1st Birthday Party celebration and was informed by host that the party will end at 12.30 am. Thereafter was brought to another room which was not what we have booked. Host gave crxp reason saying that it was to reduce noise level! The actual room we booked was just opposite ours (4 steps away) and later we found out that it was because the room was given to others. Very dishonest! We couldnt rest...
