My second stay at VE Hotel. However I noticed a common practice among hotels and that is, the first time is impressive. But the second time (you are a repeat customer), they may not need to impress you anymore. Such as not providing face towel for my 2nd visit. First visit was immaculate, 2 towels and 2 face towels provided. But my second visit, 2 towels provided but no facial towels provided. So it made me question, what else could be lacking if I am a repeat customer? Or worse, what am I shortchanged if I didn't know what is the room supposed to have?
But I definitely want to praise their staff because they really do go all out to help you. Secondly, I am a frequent gym user and their gym is good especially for a 24 hours gym. All cardio machine works perfectly unlike some gym, where cardio machines are just taking up space because it is spoilt and not repaired.
