I recently stayed at this property for four nights, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues.
Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. This made a big difference in the overall comfort and cleanliness, which are essentials for any hotel stay.
Additionally, communication from the property management was poor. When I tried to reach out regarding the lack of housekeeping and other basic needs, responses were either delayed or unhelpful. It felt as though guest concerns were not a priority, which was disappointing.
The area and the property’s appearance suggest a high standard, but unfortunately, that standard was not reflected in the service. The lack of attention to basic upkeep and guest satisfaction was surprising and disappointing, given the potential of the place.
Overall, I would not recommend this property unless management improves their maintenance and customer service.
