Check in is ok. Room and toilet is small though well equipped. Am expecting hotel by Radisson group should be of higher standard. But this was a let down. Generally still ok for short stay. Anything beyond 2 days will give it a miss

Can’t believe this pathetic hotel is 4 Star. Beware. The rooms are extremely small. There were no hand towels in bathroom and upon request we were told “you have to request it”. AC didn’t work and it took a long time to cool the room after they fixed it. There were only two pillows on the bed. I’ve stayed at 3 Star properties that are much better than this place. The only reason I give this 2/10 is because staff was helpful

綺麗な建物であり、コンパクトにまとめられています。日本で言うビジネスホテルの感じです。同じ値段を出すなら、少し古くてもシティホテルの方がコスパは良い印象です。

Cosy and strategic

The hotel looks and feel very new, no frills, comfortable and good location. The only problem we had was there was no towels and bathmat upon check-in. We called and took them quite a white to send those items to the room. Need a little improvement on the housekeeping. The receptionist and ground staffs are amazing though.
