1. Check in quite slow and the malay guy staff unfriendly (seem like i own him money) when I asked about the deposit. Please train ur staff.. We are the customer.. If he feel don't like to work, just stay at home.
2. When we booked the room, I did mention the room I want, but then when thhe room is given is not what I want, they say I didn't write it whereby I did mention, then they ask when did I book the room. COULD U (HOTEL) READ OUR REMARKS BEFORE U PRCD... NEVER EXPECT A CUSTOMER TO REMIND U FEW TIMES. READ..... READ... READ. DO I HAVE TEACH YOU. DON'T EXPECT US TO TELL U AGAIN AND AGAIN.
3. ROOM is super unclean, towel is old.. The side yarn all are torn out.. Bed sheet old and yellowish.. Like never change before.
4. There is so many cockroach in the room whereby I need to kill it by self..
I really disappointed with your hotel.. Please train all your staff..
