Icon is a scam

Do not stay here. It’s a scam. You book, pay, receive email confirmation. The policy is to communicate via WhatsApp to check-in. They do not recognise your booking and are extremely rude about it. It is already outside the cancellation period, the office is closed, they do not answer your calls. You and your family are left on the street having to make another booking. You are left with the headache of trying to get a refund via hotels.com. After one week, I’m still waiting. Take my advice and don’t choose this one.
