Location is ok when you take a grab and metro is nearby. The room is large and good beds. The towels seemed a little dirty and you do not receive towels for the pool. The breakfast is very limited. Good for a short stay and cheap. Do not expect too much.

Kind staff and excellent value

This hotel is fantastic value for money. Trying new foods is an important holiday experience for me. I booked the free breakfast option, this offered many options for both asian and european diets. The coffee shop on the grou d floor offered a small but nice selection of sandwiches, cakes and pastries while the meal options came in at a similar price to the 'hole in the wall' eateries at Chow Kit. Staff were consistently pleasant and helpful and eapecially kind when our travel plans were altered slightly. Best of all the hotel was easy to find as it is directly under the monorail. The area between the Chow Kit monorail station and the hotel is a little sketchy at night so if you are cautious about such things carrying on to the next station (linked to the quill mall) then walking back to the hotel will feel safer than getting off at chow kit. Internet access can be a bit patchy, especially if your phone is old and you are on the higher floors.

As budget stays go, WP is a solid choice. Chow Kit can be a bit noisy at night, and the hotel food is good if unspectacular. But the rooms are clean and have partial views of the towers, the rooftop pool is really nice, the location is convenient to shopping, eating, and trains, and it's an inexpensive stay. Recommended.

カップの交換なし、部屋の掃除はしていない。4日滞在で2日間お湯、シャワーが使えない。フロントに行くと、メンテナンス中と言われたが全く連絡ない。 以前はとても良かったのでリピートだったがもう利用しない。

Just dissapointed

Just dissapointment with toilet door which sliding door can’t closed properly and noisy for glass door inside also make me annoyed. Also the swimming pool the water so dirty and like not replace the new water. Just not like last time I came.

櫃檯人員接待時用書寫英文做溝通... 離地鐵站步行約10分鐘左右，櫃檯沒有轉接頭及雨傘記得自備。向櫃檯諮詢去馬六甲的方式，櫃檯一直硬性推包車...而且很貴。退房當天也詢問如何去機場，告知搭乘地鐵仍一直強硬要推包車.... 這點真的讓人不是很舒服
