The whole service was great but the property itself was a little dated and needs a revamp. If we needed any help we could call and get help straight away. It was very good.

Great stay but one thing

This was a very comfortable suite. The location is excellent both for airport transit and for walking. Probably the best value of all the various guest houses and hotels that I have stayed in over many years visiting KL both for business and holidays. The only negative was there was no safe in the room even though one was advertised. Nonetheless, we would stay again and no doubt will on our next visit.

The apartment was conveniently located at Berjaya Times Square. Good location however, everything in our room was old and torn. The bed was in a terrible condition. Even the towels provided was yellowish. If the management do an overhaul, it would have been a great stay.

I love the area surrounding..... Lots of eating and shopping places. But the whole service apartment suite was very very down. Lots of the items spoilt and very poorly maintained 1st - the toilet door spoilt for both 2 bedroom 2nd - toilet bowl can't close as the screw alrdy dropped off 3rd - bath tub was in bad conditions. Stains on lots of area in bath tub 4th the pillows and bed wasn't very clean, can see it was kind of yellowish. 5th - the lift lobby and landing area wasn't properly ventilate, felt stuffy 6th - the floor is 34th level but was very noisy as it was near to main road, so night time when about 12am plus u can heard loud motor cycles and cars (especially ambulance or police car siren) only until 4am then u can really fall into sleep when u are really very tired 7th - the living room area lots of appliances spoilt - tv not clear (very blurry) the aircon giving very loud noises, the sofa got a few tapes on them tp cover those holes The chairs leg was crooks can't sit as they will give ways when u sit on them Over all the cons is way more than the pros Won't be taking/staying in this east tower (apartment) anymore. Really a nightmare. When i asked for a change of unit they explained they don't have any emplty rooms

Location is excellent and convenient to food, shopping, public transportation. Property is more like 2-3 star as it is very rundown and could be improved given the price paid. Likes: * cleanliness good. * Property manager was attentive and nice man. Lives onsite and responsive on WhatsApp. Manages <20 units. * Internet- very good considering room was on twentieth floor. * Shower - good pressure and hot water. * air conditioning was cold. Dislikes: * Upkeep-poor. *Internal room lock was broken-no way to lock door from inside. *bathrooms smelled of sewage. Both toilets were leaking water around the toilet rim whenever flushing and even constantly. *one bathroom had 3 ceiling patches all over and looked unsightly. *both bathrooms each had a tiny cockroach visit in each in near wash basin which I suspect may have come up through the drain. *had broken stereo equipment in one bedroom that was left in a bedroom for unknown reason. * mattress - overdue for an upgrade. Felt springs hitting my back while sleeping. *refrigerator seemed to work - freezer was filled with icicles to the point that it was unusable because of lack of space in freezer due to ice buildup. *lacks electrical outlets to charge devices. Electrical outlet near TV was defective - made cracking noise when plugging in a device. *elevators-slow even though there are 6 of them. Wouldn’t stay again as I am confident that there are better alternatives at the price range.
