"“This is an Islamic Hotel.” Which is fine but we did not know when we booked on Expedia. We felt a little uncomfortable and the rules in the hotel were a bit stringent. Older hotel but a lot of space which was a bonus. Bathroom had a strong sewage smell and we did have to kill a cockroach on 5th floor. Not my favorite stay."

"Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. Paid extra for the breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it. Very limited breakfast and doesn't cater for majority of diets. Location was quite good as shops and markets were close by.     "From the moment you arrive you feel like royalty! The staff are so wonderful, friendly and helpful and I loved the gong being rung as I arrived , the delicious drink and sweet . The entire property was exquisite. Our room was gorgeous, spotless , spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea . The breakfast buffet one of the best I’ve had . We really loved the Champagne Saber every evening- such a luxurious and unique touch .we tried all the restaurants and bars and loved them All"
