"Pool over crowded, not enough space around the pool and between the beds. Jacuzzi cold, not heated and never experienced anything like that. After bringing it to their attention nothing was done nor considered, disappointed."

"Cannot recommend highly enough. Gentleman at front desk (wish i got his name) was kind enough to upgrade us to room with balcony. Shoutout to Branko who was our server at Puz restaurant. Such a delight and asset to the team. A must visit!"
