Staff were helpful and all spoke good english. They did appreciate the very broken polish i tried. Room was amazing and the entire hotel smells amazing. My only problem was we had a king size bed with a double duvet (we didnt ask for a larger one as wasntna hige problem) Will be going back to Krakow ...
