不喜歡：整潔度、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
Extremely disappointing experience, I’d strongly advise against booking this property. During our stay we faced several major issues:
• False advertising. breakfast was clearly listed as included but was not provided. They also ask you to leave a 5 star review on Google Maps to be able to check out at 11am
• Parking not guaranteed: despite being advertised as such, we were left without it.
• No reception or support: only WhatsApp contact and I had to reach out myself to confirm details.
• Unacceptable noise: loud music/ radio from the building’s hall was heard inside the apartment and was not lowered even during night hours.
• No willingness to resolve problems: the property could have at least offered breakfast, an alternative solution or shown any goodwill. Instead, they did nothing.
This is not just a minor inconvenience, it shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests. Sadly, I can confirm what many other negative reviews already highlight: misleading information, poor communication, and no accountability. It’s my first time ever when the advertised accomplishment did not match the reality. Never again
