"Very great experience. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is definitely my favorite hotel around the Krakow area. Very easy commute to most places, great service and staff that are helpful and friendly, and clean and modern living spaces. Highly recommend!"

"Great hotel. The only suggestion is that their check in time is too early (2:00pm) so our room wasn't ready when we arrived. A 2:00pm check in doesn't permit the cleaning crew to service the rooms in time after the prior guests check out. We would suggest a later check in time so guests aren't waiting and frustrated. 2:00pm check in is unheard of. "
