"This hotel is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. They have multiple pools, bars, and restaurants. The staff were phenomenal in every way. The woman who can book excursions and trips was very knowledgeable and helpful in planning things to do and see. It is also located a quick 5-7 minute walk to the main street where there are hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. "

"Not many words are needed to describe the Banyan Tree Krabi! It is simply amazing. The rooms are not only stunning but also immaculate. The views are indescribable, and the breakfast buffet is world class. Most important of all the staff are the most kind and sweet people. From check-in where we met Phoom who made sure we had a lovely anniversary surprise and outstanding view, to Jayda who checked in on me when I felt sick, Dao at the pool bar with her lively attitude, and Pop the manager who made sure we were happy with our stay; I will never forget this hotel and our interactions with its people. Truly a worthwhile visit!!"
