Warm Springs and Warmer Hospitality

This hotel was truly a hidden gem! The spa and hot spring facilities were incredible – clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. What really stood out was the genuine hospitality from both the staff and other guests. Even though the staff didn’t speak English, they made a real effort to communicate using translation devices or by finding someone who could help – and they always did it with a smile. The hotel offered so much more than expected, from thoughtful little touches to extra services you don’t often find elsewhere. It had a very homey and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel comfortable and cared for even when far from home. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something special and authentic!
