Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and kept incredibly clean throughout our stay. Those hot springs were truly to die for and provided the perfect way to unwind. We were also blown away by how great the breakfast options were. It felt like a little slice of heaven tucked away from the busy world. Everything about the experience made for such a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Compliments to the chef as they make everything from scratch daily. Boorsoks (pastry) were made daily, hot and fluffy, it felt like home. Porridge was just like my grandma's, I had flashbacks of flavors. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than I had expected but it was standard single room. I think I will come back just to have breakfast there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay was over 17 days/nights while on business and despite a very heavy and intense work schedule, I could not have had a better and nicer stay. The hotel is very modern, extremely clean, the maid service is excellent, WIFI works quite well, the business center is convenient, and the breakfast is quite tasty with a very large choice and high quality of food. Additionally, the hotel has an excellent location in the south of Bishkek off a main south-north street - equally not far from the...

Great breakfast, flexible and friendly staff, decent WiFi, brand new rooms. We arrived early and they were able to get us a room early. Anything we needed, they provided. Great public space to sit and read or relax. All for a very good price.

Without a doubt this one of the best hostels I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. I had a single room that was clean, modern with some killer AC. The shared shower room was also excellent and surprisingly private. Moreover, the restrooms equally private as each toilet was in a private enclosure.
I didn’t use the communal kitchen or workspace, but they appeared clean and efficient. This hostel also had an amazing restaurant on the ground floor with a large selection of dining options. ...

After backpacking through Kyrgyzstan and staying in yurts and guest rooms, I wanted to treat myself for the last two nights to some comfort. I selected the Solutel for its price (relative to other four star hotels) and proximity (short walking distance to central train station, money changers, eateries, and Ala Too Square). The check-in was quick and I was allowed to check in early. There are only 18 rooms in the hotel, which are distributed over four floors. My single room was on the second...
