沒責任心的酒店
連入住心得都沒有，當天本來較晚入住所以下午嘗試聯絡酒店沒人聽，晚試再試著聯絡也沒人聽，後來打去hotels.com的客服，他們幫我嘗試聯絡也是不成功，後來說幫我以電郵形或通知酒店。最扯的是，根本找不到此酒店，地址顯示平安大樓20字樓，當我到了發現該大樓最高只有16層，樓下的牌也沒看到ohk，我再次聯絡hotel.com客服，他們也是聯繫不了酒店，弄了一大堆；最後申請退款，我還要臨時找住的。後來過幾天收到電郵說拒絕退款，我再次打去客服投訴；整個事情大概花了兩星期，共打了六次去客服溝通，每次客服都會循例叫我把線hold著，他們嘗試聯繫酒店，但沒有一次成功，後來說什麼給相關部門跟進。最近，不知道客服怎麼聯繫該酒店，我收到電郵說酒店終於願意退款。但整個事情還是很扯，別考慮這間了

I'd like a refund.
This is not a hotel. Toilets with a foul smell, mold and Towel is Already laundry. We ran crazy again and went back to the airport.I'd like a refund.

The reception girl said there was no booking record when we checked in. But somehow arranged a room after 20 min or so. The room is OK for the budget, but noise from road was somewhat bothering.

房間竟然有用過的保險套，工作人員也服務的不太好，雖然地點不錯，但是整體上都讓我很想退房...付款還一直有問題讓我覺得feel很糟
