"Certaines chambres ne respectent que nominalement la catégorie qui leur est associée. Nous avions réserver une chambre décrite comme offrant une vue de côté sur la mer. Or, en réalité, tout ce que nous pouvions voir était le centre commercial voisin. Pour voir la mer, comme nous l'a démontré le manager, il ne suffisait que de s'incliner depuis le balcon et, dans cette position, nous pouvions l'apercevoir au bout de la rue. (Chambre 108). Cela dit, le manager et le personnel sont demeurés courtois et professionnel face à nous malgré que nous leur ayons fortement (peut-être trop) manifesté notre déception."
