「The hotel doesn't provide the rooms if you books room through Expedia. Hotel Staff denied to provide me the room as I had made payment directly to Expedia. There was no information to Hotel about my booking.」

「Staff nice and helpful with providing directions to purchase train tickets at the Foreign ticket office. Limited hot water for shower. Room tight on space. Neighborhood unsafe.」

「I chose this hotel because it was close to the station and very reasonable, but I couldn't stand the fact that the room was dirty and there were a lot of insects, and sometimes the shower water didn't come out at all. The atmosphere around the hotel was also dangerous. The cost performance was not bad, but it was a little harsh.」

「It was an extremely good fnind, the staff could not be more helpful. The rooms are spotless and all ameanities are provided. The breakfast which is included is fantastic, Indian, Chinese and European style food. The restaurant with the roof terrace is lovely and extremely good value. Ravi the Manager is wonderful at dealing with all requests and makes extremely good ecomendations. It is a brilliant hotel in a great tourist area. Can not recommend this hotel more to all types of travellers!!」

「Super cheap and super basic. Situated In a relatively grim alley, hotel is made up of rooms without external windows set around an internal hall over several floors, feels a bit like a Victorian prison! Still, guy in charge was helpful and spoke good English. It seemed clean, and bed was comfortable enough. For the few hours I spent here in the afternoon waiting for a night bus this did the job great. Don’t book a two week vacation here though.」
