Staff of the hotel were exceptional and helpful. Hotel is slightly out of the main area, however, lots of food options around the area and easy enough to get to the Main Streets.

Construction next door. Not listed in hotel booking. I checked in late night at around 10.30pm, didn't bother opening the curtains. Next morning awakened by noise of hacking at 7am. Looked outside and saw a huge construction site

The staff are friendly and nice, there are a few malay food restaurants nearby which is quite convenient. However, there is rubbish inside the dustbin when I just check in, the curtain looks dirty , the area is very dark at night which make me feel insecure.

Staff are super friendly. (Victor very nice) .Hotel is very clean, close to main shopping mall (Imago). Air Cond is a little weak (maybe old), but staff provided me with a fan and was much better.

Our guest informed us that there's lot of hair at their bed which they clearly dissatisfied with it. Furthermore, they did not get their breakfast during his stay as the hotel staff informed him that the breakfast is not included. However, the room we booked for our guest do included breakfast for two. Kindly advise us on the second issue.

Very dirty, you will regret to stay in.
( - ) Stay a week but the cleaner didn't vacum and sweep the floor, my hair fall can see everywhere, no give shower bath after one day finish, no wipe tables because the dust can see. The most worst part is the toilet, very dirty. Can see the dirt everywhere and no clean at all everyday. I believe the hotel cleaner didn't take proper training, I wouldn't stay in again. This hotel cleanliness so worst due my skin problems, very itchy and see the doctor to get medicine at KK. ( + ) the receptionist is polite and helpful, room big and quiet. Overall : don't stay in unless you love to get skin or hygiene problems.

Friendly and helpful staff, room was of a comfortable size and had good amenities, bathroom was good. I liked how the options in the buffet breakfast changing slightly every day. Great stay and will come back.

Everything is prefect. Near provision shop, atm and the best is the foodcentre. There is busker every night. So enjoying. Grab is easier.
