Aircond take time to cool the room. Initially we choose this hotel to spend time at swimming pool. Unfortunately, swimming pool is under maintainance. Bfast menu is ok.

Ok but you have better choice unless rate is low
Stayed here for few times because of my work location is nearby. Hotel is comfy though cleanliness can be improved. A lot of Chinese tourists from tours. Staffs are nice but not well trained. Went down for breakfast without any staffs around for good 10 mins till u walked over to request one because I need my scramble eggs. I called to complain about no amenities and coffee provided as they usually do, they didn't get back to me as promised. Emails to them to feedback this stay experience but they didn't reply me.

I’ve stayed in avangio more time than I could count, so it’s very disappointing when I return this trip & room was incomplete. Towel was not placed, teaspoons was not placed as well. Nil room service menu.

Great location
We were there for our health check at JMC hence was a convenient location as it is a five minute walk away. To top it all there are alot of cafes, restaurants , banks ,convenience store and shops plus a weekend market selling local fruit, cooked food n drinks, vegetables and clothes within walking distance which was interesting.

AVANGIO 8 NIGHTS STAY
Hotel staff are friendly and nice. Room has very comfortable beds and good sized. The down sides are: soiled carpet, bathroom and wash basin are not up to standard for such a hotel which is managed by Accor. Its not up to standard because they were not cleaned at all during our 8 days stay. The grout areas within the the shower areas and the shower screen areas were duty. So, there is a problem with their housekeeping department. This hotel has a lot of tourists from Asia, and, with all due respect, they were very noisy even in the middle of the night.

Hotel has many amenities, from very comfortable and sizeable rooms to a swimming pool and gym. Breakfast is good, too. A great place for friends and families.

Nice hotel
Very pleasent stay. The facilities are excellent. Very convenient because I wanted to go to JMC beside the hotel. Easy to park with suitable fee. There are good restaurants nearby. The breakfast served also delightful.

Given its a new hotel, facilities are new as well and superb. EXCEPT the service is not that superb. Been requested for iron to be sent to room but have to wait until next morning (upon further request) that they gave me a BROKEN iron board. Apart from that, seems ok.

Average....
Except the staff friendliness who are friendly and professional everything else is average. The he room is comfortable and quiet but the shower was licking and in the morning you can hear the noise of the doors opening and closing. The breakfast is average, not enough fresh fruits, the 'vienoiseries' not very tasty and no real coffee. But the real problem is that this hotel is very remote, it will cost you more than 25mry in uber to go anywhere....

Avangio is located at Metro Town, Kolombong Industrial Corridor, which is about 10-15 drives to the city centre where you may reach major shopping malls, waterfront and Gaya Street. It is very easy to get to the city centre by Grab and Uber with very affordable fare, the car conditions are good with knowledgeable and polite drivers. There are room rates which is inclusive of breakfast with minimal surcharge per day. My stay got off to a rocky start due to multiple equipment malfunctions that could happen at any hotel. I wasn’t overly irritated with the malfunctions because I understand that they happen, but I was disappointed with the way they were handled. Was gonna leave a 1-star review. But then the Avangio Management Team found out what happened. I can’t explain well enough just how far they went to make sure the remainder of my stay was perfect. I was blown away by their hospitality, warmth and understanding. They went above and FAR beyond my expectations and I am so happy with my stay. I’m typically a budget traveler and on vacation I usually dress the part. So it was really amazing to see that even a plain traveler and first time guest like me mattered to them. All I can say is wow. So I would like to send a huge THANK YOU to the Avangio management team and their staff for turning a poor stay into the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. I can sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone. Not only is the staff amazing, the rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. Location is right next to Metro Town, which has plenty of local eats, cafes, and a 7-Eleven all within 2 minutes of walking. If you’re going out to explore the city, the reception desk is happy to call you a Grab ride - which is far cheaper than a taxi. They notify you when your ride arrives. I really appreciated how they saved us $$ on transportation. THANK YOU again to the team at Avangio. You are superb.

Nice for Business traveler
Looks old from outside because of the painting faded. Inside with cozy design and breakfast is good with many variety. The room fixation is quite modern, just the cleanliness needs to have improvement.
