improve car parking. prioritize customer rivalry
the hotel is not very good. first day, change room 2 times. the first room, they knew the room had aircond problems, why did they give the room? the second room, they already know the door problem, still want to. the last room, the water stays in the bathroom. another comments, hotel does not have enough car parking and the parking lot is too narrow.

delay a bit in check-in due to expedia system did not interface with hotel system eventhough the booking was done in November in 2018. luckily the hotel staff is good to find out the room after 30 minutes.
