8.4 out of 10, Very good, (113 reviews)
"The area is very calm, there is a Lawson across the street and there is nice pizza post a few houses down, Tomo is very friendly and you have to ask him about the cream cheese dip!
there is a slight learning curve for the air conditioner but that's part of the journey,
overall everything is awesome"

"We had a wonderful stay!
The location is excellent, within walking distance of both Shibuya and Ebisu stations.
The room was clean and spacious, and it was fully equipped with everything needed for the stay.
It is very convenient, with stylish cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores right in the neighborhood.
We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tokyo!"
