My stay was all I could ask for. Extremely clean, spacious and all the amenities needed to enjoy my time in Tokyo. The nearby train station was extremely convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Japan!

It was a bit tight for a family of 5, but not surprising for Tokyo apartments in that price range. The walk to the Hirai station was shorter than I thought it would be from just looking at a map. Quite a few food options and convenience stores near by, especially the closer you get to the station. Communication was good and fast. There was a bit of a malfunction with one of the sliding closet doors, which caused a little bit of damage to one of the other doors. I was worried about being charged for that, I reported it quickly and because it was not my fault, I was not charged for the damage, which was very fair and therefore, I did not take away any marks for the malfunction in this review. I am a slightly bigger guy (a 6-footer), so the stairs were a little narrow and steep and the headroom could sometimes be an issue in some locations, but having visited Japan before, that was not a surprise for me. I just mention it here, in case that is something you want to avoid. Last little side note, which wasn't a problem, but is good to know ahead of time, the "washer" listed in the description does not have a dryer function, but the ventilation system in the shower has a "drying" function, that actually worked better than expected. Just hang your wet load of laundry on the drying racks in the room, turn that fan on over night or before you leave for sightseeing for the day and put the racks as close to the warm air coming from the vent as you can. It worked quite well.

This place was more spacious than most other places I've stayed at in Tokyo, which was a huge plus. The nearest train station was close and accessible by walking. However, visitors should note that this place is pretty far from the big tourist areas, such as Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku, etc. Everything is accessible by train, but it will take you a while (maybe give it like 1 hour). The place was very clean. Great stay

Quick responses to all messages, owner let us check in a bit earlier, very good AC, good water pressure in shower, clean bidet, owner would send messages to check up on us to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything.

Over all good stay I would recommend it, and it's self check in so you can check in anytime after check in time. However, slightly dusty overall, and the mattress was quite hard on the top layer of the bunk bed so can easily improve. Thank you 🙏

The communication from this property was excellent. Easy to find and secure. We stayed in the family room with the stairs to an upper bedroom. Both my kids were terrified of climbing the stairs as they were very steep but the bathroom was upstairs. After a day or so they got used to it but I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason. If it were a group of adults staying, it would be great. Hirai felt safe and easy for trains.7/11 and Lawson close by to accomodation. No lift which would be hard if you had a lot of luggage. We had no noise issues.

The condo was a lot smaller than I expected. It's not user friendly if you have senior citizens, kids, or someone over 200lbs. The stairs are narrow and my husband and son 6ft tall almost fell a couple of times. I was scared to fall using the restroom at night. Bathroom was upstairs. Don't feel that safe with a padlock to lock the front door. Beds were comfortable. The condo was too small for 7 people. My husband had anxiety attack because of the close quarters. Not a lot of space to move around with 7 suitcases. Better suited for younger people not families.

The room is nice and clean. The kitchen has all we need for cooking a simple dinner and breakfast. Shower and wash room is roomy. It also has a washing machine and a cloth hanger that are convenient for us. The hotel is self-served and does not have on-site front desk, but they respond to email promptly for any inquiries and requests and they are very helpful. Recommended for family stay.

We enjoyed how easy it was to communicate with the staff. The room was well equipped (enough towels and Kitchen amenities) and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. For a party of 6, overall it accommodated us very well. Only downside which is a norm in Japan, was the 1 toilet and wash room. Aside from that and the no elevator to the 4th floor we had a good stay.

Convenient access

Good, apartment is close to Hirai local train station and convenience stores. 1 hour by train or 45 mins by taxi from Haneda airport. It was clean with comfortable linen, pillows, washing machine, clothes pegs, tv, washing machine, fridge, microwave, rice cooker and kettle. Stairs in the hallway are narrow and have a low ceiling height. Communication prior to our stay was easy and helpful. Apartment is the size of single studio. One bunk bed and a pull out trundle bed. We were 2 adults and 1 child.

The unit has all the basic amenities you need. The unit was small and clean. Its located in a quiet area, about 600 meters from the small strip which has restaurants and small shops. There is no elevator in the building and the stairwell is tight. Im about 6ft tall and I have to hunch a little going up and down the stairs.

Traveling with 2 teenagers makes regular hotels not an option. This place had 4 futons/beds. It had more than enough space. It is 0.2 miles from the train station. The area had dining options very close by. It was a great stay.

Overall very satisfied with our stay. Yes this is a converted garage but it is spacious and has everything you need. It is on the outskirts but it was less than a 10 min walk from a station so you can be at any one of the major cities in no time. We had no issues and I would recommend.
