"Great apartment, very close to main public transport options which are within a 5 minute walk. It is also close to many restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We stayed in the Cinderella suite which is one of their smaller rooms but it was perfect for a couple. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The property is brand new and looks very nice. Big room(we got the classic room, the simplest one ). Had a problem with the lighting that didn't work and it took 2 days for them to come and fix it. Also , on the website ,they say there is daily cleaning (and change of bedding every 3 days written inside the room info) but they didn't clean or change the bedding until the 4th day after we emailed them twice. One of the emails we sent about the lights not working did not get answered . So the room...

"Modernized interior with mini splits to keep us cool after sightseeing all day. So spacious and clean with an elevator, laundry room (0.40 korunas per machine), and double-pane windows. "This is my second stay at the Cosmopolitan. The room was comfortable, quiet, not too hot or cold and clean. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is generous. It does get crowded in the morning with tour groups having their breakfast. But there was always a seat for me. The only thing was that I didn’t get the welcome gift I think I was supposed to get but that’s minor- I really like staying in this area - it’s really well situated and I can walk almost everywhere I need to go and public transit is all around. There’s convenient shopping and good restaurants as well as easy access from the train and bus stations and airport transfers are easy by public transport or uber. I will stay here again when I come to Prague. "
