「Friendly, approachable staff, although deep clean required under bed after we had to pull it out to evict a cricket!」

「The hotel is in a fabulous spot overlooking the the bay. I fell asleep to the sound of waves every night. Breakfast on the terrace by the sea was a treat! Great breakfast buffet. Rooms and bathrooms are lovely and spacious, as are the balconies. I loved it!」

「Die Hotelanlage liegt nordöstlich am äußersten Rand von Kos-Stadt. Über der kaum befahrenen Straße kommt man zum hoteleigenen Strand, der mit kostenlosen Liegen und Schirmen ausgestattet ist. Hier bekommt man gekühltes Wasser und kann Bestellungen aufgeben. Im Zimmer steht ebenfalls täglich Wasser und Tabs für eine Nespressomaschine bereit. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll modern aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Am Abend kommt ein zweites Mal der Zimmerservice und macht nochmals alles frisch, bringt...

「Very nice for the cost and located well」

「WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. 」

「Mosay All Suites was incredible. We came here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Great location just a 15 min walk into Old Town. Coming in May, meant round the pool area felt quiet and not over crowded and the jacuzzi room was perfect for the cooler evenings. The staff and all round service was fantastic, facilities well kept and jacuzzis regularly cleaned throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had loads of options and actually great food & cocktails all round.」

「Whole day in Kos was rubbish from getting a taxi to the hotel taking over 1 hour just to wave one down and the hotel wanting to charge us $65 euro for a 2km lift. The hotel didn’t have a bellboy I had to carry my luggage and my pregnant wife luggage up 2 sets of stairs. The aircon in the room barely works we were both sweating all night and could not sleep due to heat will never come back here again.」

「Check in was by phone call and we did not have mobile coverage lucky the wifi password was posted and we could use WhatsApp. Fridge did not work and was hot to touch other than that things were fine」
