「staffs are very nice and helpful.」

「I agree with another person that left a review saying this place is a hidden gem. It’s really nice and has a chill vibe. The lady at the front desk was super nice and there is a kitchen with ramen and other items (for purchase) right in the basement. There was a microwave in the hallways with coffee and a water dispenser and free coffee in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay here and the area is very walkable. Bed was comfortable also wish is a big deal for my husband. Great place to stay!」

「Great location and clean room.」

「Freat hotel near subway #9. Very clean and well managed. Very quiet also.」

「Good」

「Quite good, competitive room price, location is good. Much better than i expected. Staffs are nice. The room is quite clean, washroom is quite big, i will stay in this hotel next time if still have chance.」

「great」

「Very good!」

「The hotel is quite new. But the shower drained slowly. It flood up nearly instantly. The breakfast is fine. Not much variety internationally but is ok. The queuing of coffee machine interact with the food taking queue. The entrance of kitchen is also next to the food table. People have to frequently move to let the staff move dishes in or out. The dynamic of walkway flow should be better considered.」
