"Breakfast was fantastic, clean rooms and overall a great modern hotel. My travel companion was disappointed by the lack of ironing facilities. Staff very unhelpful when I asked for two wine glasses for our room for a special occasion drink. I’ve travelled the world and never seen such behaviour towards the guests."
