「The hotel is a short walk from Evropa Street, which offers convenient bus access, trams, and the metro. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything.

「When pick up room key at the check in counter, the male agent just hands over room keys w/o offering any hotel information. When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it....

「This is such a clean hotel in an ideal location for everything in Prague… we stayed 3 nights and the room was kept so clean and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed breakfast to start the day. Snacks were available at lunch time if you’re in the vicinity. The only disappointment was the lack of Coffee in the room… not the end of the world as you can grab coffee past reception after 7am. TV lacked English channels but we didn’t spend much time with the telly on so didn’t bother...
