"This building is fairly new, modern, and spotlessly clean. It's a great alternative to a traditional hotel, especially when traveling with family. Check-in is automated via a lockbox and the apartment is furnished with everything except a washing machine or clothes iron. The reason for my mediocre rating, though, is the lack of service. "The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. "

"Amenities and staff are great. Overall, it's a nice hotel. The room is large (and I had the least expensive one). There is plenty of still and sparkling water included, as well as tea and coffee. I think I'd make sure, the room smells really nice and clean. It was ok (not even close to awful) but not wonderful and uplifting as you expect from these hotels. Breakfast was good. I think self-service coffee and tea would be better as opposed to waiters bringing it out. The rest of breakfast was buffet -style, but you could also order omelets, which was nice. I had both coffee and tea. Tea was good; coffee was a bit like colored hot water. Location is good. 10 minute walk to the center. View of the city is beautiful from the restaurant. Good hotel. Recommend "

"Great location near to the airport. Called then and was picked up in less than 10 minutes. Shuttle back also after my stay. 5 min walk to tram, easy access to city centre. Rooms are basic, but very clean. Proper spoons and mugs would make a difference rather than paper cups and stirrers! Staff very helpful and professional "
