「This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). 「The hotel is perfect for a beachy, chilled holiday if that’s what you enjoy. The small town has some shops etc which is good and Chania is only a 30 minute drive away along with Souda which are beautiful towns. Especially the Chania markets! A must go to if you love a bargain! The hotel could be somewhat more clear on what is included etc. The hotel is amazing so don’t let that put you off but we were told the tourist charge was €10 euro per room, per night, which is correct but we were also...

「Modern room with beautiful bathroom(some problem with the jet of the shower because of scale but nothing dramatic). Rooms are a little bit noisy but it’s the price to pay to be directly in the village, and it’s worth it: earing the sea sound of waves while you are sleeping is priceless. The staff is really nice, also breakfast and restaurant is really good. I would totally recommend this structure for your stay in sfakia!」
