"I stayed here once before, found it too basic, so on my next trip I stayed elsewhere, and oh man, did I come roaring back here after. It IS basic -- it's an airport hotel -- but it's got so many more conveniences than I appreciated the first time. Small but very serviceable room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool area, with shade for sitting. Konbini right in the lobby. Frequent and reliable shuttle. Quiet. Good wifi. It's the go-to now for overnights at Narita."

"This was our second stay at MyStays, so we would definitely recommend it, especially for the good price point. We were returning to North America after travelling through Southeast Asia and stopped in Narita for two nights. We rented a car and explored some of the surrounding cities, while other family members used the hotel’s very convenient shuttle to visit Narita (which we did on our first stay). They also had lunch at the hotel and enjoyed the buffet. Having a FamilyMart on-site is a lifesaver. We did have to switch rooms because of an odor in the bathroom, but the process was easy and there were no issues with the second room. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Narita, and we would happily stay here again."

"This hotel is so great! It was a perfect way to end our family vacation in Japan. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff is so kind and attentive (be nice to them please!). The traditional Japanese style rooms (they also have non-traditional rooms) are so cool - we loved it. And the breakfast was such an amazing experience if you want to see what a traditional (and full/big) Japanese breakfast is about - try it! And of course, you cannot miss the hot springs/onsen at the hotel. It is open early and late and we took advantage of it as much as possible. Also, the town of Narita is so cute and we really enjoyed a last chance to shop for souvenirs and cool local arts and crafts."

"I stayed overnight at Hotel Welco Narita to be closer to my flight. The hotel was generally good, with welcoming front desk and cleaning staff, well-maintained rooms and common elements, and clean beds. The location is close to Narita station, Narita bus terminal, and several FamilyMart outlets, which is convenient for short stays. However, several of the amenities were closed on the day I came, which was unfortunate."
