Aweful. How to make people feel like they haven’t paid enough to warrant good service. We just did Half Board- and clearly this hotel prefers AI clientele. Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid ...
