「Staff was phenomenal!! Rooms were clean, spacious and as described. My oceanview was simply magnificent!」

「Upon arrival the staff at the reception was discussing some other person instead of attending to checking me in. They had to be redirected to their job in order for them to pay me any attention. The room I was given turned out to have ants on the bed. Thankfully I got moved into a different room by one of the more responsible and attentive staff members. The cleanliness is questionable, the place all in all is not comfortable (faulty/weak AC, sockets not working, smell of dust and humidity) and...

「Ganz runter gekomnenes Hotel in sehr veramter Gegend von Accra. Als Frau kann man nicht alleine auf die Strasse gehen. Kein Zugang zum Strand. Pool überfüllt mit einheimischen Kunden und das Personal unfreundlich. Habe dort nicht übernachten können und habe nicht eingecheckt. Nicht zu empfehlen.」

「I booked a nights stay with my family. Upon arrival front desk insisted they are not active on hotels. Com and made me a new reservation with a much higher rate. I showed them my reservation but service was terrible. I had driven almost an hour to get to this place mind you. I found another hotel hill view hotel in McCarthy hills that was a much better experience 」
