"The view to Shark Bay was outstanding from our suite. There are 276 steps from the sea to Reception at the top. A great workout everyday. The pool area is beautiful - a small gym served me well. The property is high on a hill top w a steep walk down (or up) to the main road or villages - the property is a ways from the main villages so you’ll need taxi or hotel transport w various drop and pick-up times - the main dining room/restaurant was lovely - great food and service when we choose to dine "

"It was very disappointing and the worst stay ever when you see everything on website is lovely such as view and room condition. However, the truth hurts because I experienced below... 1. staff was unhelpful since he asked me to carry my back here and there since he had a motorbike to travel around for servicing. 2. the toilet leaked horribly 3. the curtain was broken and left there behind the sink.
