You have a hotel-provided free transportation system that takes you conveniently to the center and some beautiful beaches on the island. The staff was very attentive and very nice. The pool area was very relaxing. Great stay overall.

Nice quiet location transport a small problem even though hotel has a restricted shuttle service great pool and restaurant area parking available bed lumpy asked for a topper and was on bed within minutes however it was flock style which even though much more comfortable the springs still pushed through but it was bearable

Stayed for 2 nights with our grown children. Clean and friendly. Pool was nice too. Situated on a steep hill so we caught a taxi very easily and cheaply. We used the shuttle to the private beach which was lovely.

Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. On-site restraunt and bar was great. We stayed in a pool villa, very spacious lovely tub/shower. Pool was great and pretty private. The location is good but not for pedestrian traffic at all, need rental or taxi to get anywhere. Chaweng Beach is beautiful. The matress was pretty hard though, Only complaint.

5 night stay in a 1 bed pool villa
Lovely place to stay for an excellent price. We stayed in a pool villa that was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with fresh eggs made to order and there are plenty of excelle t restaurants to eat at close by if you dont want to eat at their restaurant.which was also very good. The only down side to the pool villa was that for privacy they have bushes surrounding the pool and outside area. Fine in the day as it doesnt impact the sun, but at night you get alot of insects. The beach is also a 3 minute walk away and was stunning with an excellent bar and restaurant. Overall this was a fanatstic hotel and location for us and would recommend people stay here if you want to be slightly away from chaweng.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, the location is actually very good though it took us a few days to orientate ourselves on the scooters to know this. Poolside is wonderful & the food at the restaurant was very good the one night we stayed in.

When I booked this I did not realize it was on the main road around the island. I should have done more homework on google maps. It was noisy from the traffic, the hotel was doing construction next door and the beach they shuttle you to across the street was dirty with garbage and plastic brought in by the waves. It was the end of the rainy season so that was a factor. You definitely need a motorcycle or car to get anywhere. THe pool at the hotel is nice but breakfast if not in your plan is expensive. The rooms were a good size and had free coffee and tea and kettle and frig in it, but I would not stay here again.

Place was Empty. I know it’s the slow season but why do they up charge on everything. Do not book your planning here go into town. Breakfast was the same everyday. The GM was amazing though will miss him.

The picture does NOT represent the real property. It was old, rundown and in repair. Much of the resort was closed. It was not close to any shops or amenities and was situated on a terribly busy road, with no footpaths and no way to cross the road to investigate the beach, in the distance. Clearly this is a property under renovation, partially closed and should not be rented to the public. Food was cold, unappealing and very limited. Breakfast was appalling. It was very difficult to communicate with the staff. The seemed uninterested and only spoke broken English. The bath/shower was most dangerous with the sides of the bath being too tall, which made entry and exit impossible. The linen was threadbare and very old. No table or chair in the room. All in all the property was NOT AT ALL as we had seen on advertising!

Location was away from everything, but the shuttle provided to town was very useful. We ended up arriving a day late for our 3 day booking. We didn’t have a contact email for the property and didn’t call in case they cancelled our whole booking (due to loss in translation). The woman who checked us in asked why we were late, which put me off. The villas would have been brilliant when new. We saw 2 (as travelling with another family. Both were tired, sun beds rotting and the cushions were cracked and badly stained. I didn’t like that the living area had no curtains / blinds. It meant anyone passing the gate or coming to the door could see you in the bedroom if the door was open, which it was as travelling with young children. The bathrooms needed updating, as do the soft furnishings and decoration. Our en-suite shower was stained at the bottom of the wall and the tiles were covered with a mildew / mould In one area. On the positive side, They had very kindly left us a little honeymoon cake in our fridge when we arrived. Very kind and a lovely gift. The staff on reception were great and very helpful - calling a take-away for us one night and requesting we could speak to an English speaking staff member to place a food order. Needs seem love to bring up to standard again.

Deluxe Suite Pool Villa
The room is clean with your own small pool. It’s a huge unit with microwave and fridge in house. There’s some missing tiles in the pool-some of the areas are sharp and my child had a small cut at the ankle. All the staffs are very courteous and friendly. Nothing much around the area but the restaurant is self sufficient. Food and drinks are reasonably charged and the food is tasty. The only setback was the breakfast - limited selection.

Like: master room (& bathroom) and living area are spacious; the pantry with microwave oven is helpful for families; swimming pool is not exceptional big but still in a right size; location is not bad - THB3-400 to almost everywhere. Didn't like: the TV could have been bigger (given the living area is so big...); Food choices of breakfast is rather limited and quality is just so-so; 2 out of 3 air-conditioners had water leakages and I made many of our stuffs on table wet including our iPad. But the most critical critics I have would be its staffing/services - the staff were not particularly proactive / cannot show much hospitality. E.g. when we informed the front desk about the water leakage, they sounded didn't really want to bother and didn't apologize whatsoever - which is a little bit of surprise to us, as if we were the one who give them troubles! And some of the housekeeping staff were not very friendly too and never greet when they run into hotel guests. Quite unusual as compared to our impression to Thailand... Hotel shuttle (paid) to Fishermen Village, refuses to drop us off at the center of villa but instead, just drop us outside the entrance, whereas other taxi (same price/cheaper) we hired would have dropped us inside. I tried to ask, but the driver just said No. Well, it's fine, just another 10 minutes walk. To conclude, it is what it is. It is not an expensive 5-stars resort, so I'd say it meets my expectations, but no further.

The villa should be 3 star or below because the air conditioner is very noise and poor sound insulation. Always heard humming at midnight and something drop down on the floor in upper room.

We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food at restaurant was excellent and a quick service, breakfast was included in our rate and was pretty good. The rooms are cleaned every day unless you decide not to have it done. A lovely beach accessible across the road short 5 min walk. Would definitely choose to stay here again and recommended to our friends.

Staff is super friendly, helpful with getting around, provide free shuttle service to Fisherman Village and Central Festival. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach across the street, or again free shuttle service to their private beach. The location is near restaurants which are a short walking distance. The bed in my room was super hard but other than that I recommend and would definitely stay again.

The hotel didnt pass on any information about the approaching storm that kept us trapped on the island for 3 days as the first time we found out was when all flights and ferries were cancelled. Staff were quite unhelpful when we had to checkout and had to find another hotel on the island. Expensive for what it was.

The bed was really hard but when I asked them to put some padding on they did and it was much better. The villas are not private at all. Everyone can see you in your private pool which was disappointing. A fence around each villa would be better. They start packing up breakfast right on 10am whether people are still eating or not. The shower is inside the bath and the pressure isn’t great. Otherwise they were friendly and it was a pleasant stay.

Fantastic hotel, out the way but close enough!
Not one negative about this hotel! Far enough away from Chaweng that it's quiet, but close enough to be able to walk it. 2 free shuttle buses in the evening from the hotel straight to the centre (book at reception during the day) Pool is lovely, staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Was a fantastic 4 nights.

Pool villa was overrated lots of mosquito and ants. Bed was like rock and ac unit although cold and wet(fogs entire room) was possessed keeping me awake every night making horrible noises. Had to rent scooter as location was not safe to walk anywhere. Breakfast was average and for the price the place was definitely not worth it.

Just Amazing!
Amazing hotel! Rooms smelt of a spa after every clean, and it was so clean! Bit of a hike to the hotel but well worth it! Staff are super friendly, a storm was coming in and our boat out cancelled the hotel gave us a lift to the pier to sort out another boat and rang the following day for us to check our boat had not been cancelled. Breakfast is amazing, pool is great! Would definitely recommend, it’s about a 5-8 min walk into the centre the incline is no to bad but at night it’s not well lit so recommend hiring a moped for the stay it’s a definite must to get around. And only 150bht for 24hrs from the hostel on your way down from the hotel on the right.

Family pool view room with connecting doors
I had a one night stay in the family pool view room with 3 other friends. The service from the villa were great. The rooms were clean with wifi and they had a deep soaking bathtub. They have consistent hot water and strong aircon. Just the location which is slightly off the centre. Found that there isn't really much nearby. We had to go a pretty Long way out for food. However the villa do provide free shuttle. Generally a comfortable stay!
