Suitable for solo travellers

Hotel is very conveniently located near to Taipei station (5-10 mins walk), and has shopping and food options within 5 mins walking distance. Suitable for travellers who are using Taipei as a base and taking train day trips. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing early check-in and offering Uber Eats coupons for guests. Hotel and room furnishings are not old, which is common among hotels in the city area. Room is small so its suitable for solo travellers but will be cramped for 2 pax in the room. Enjoyed my stay at Orange Hotel and will return again the next time for solo trips in Taiwan

Good and central location. However, do not like the room facilities. The aircon in room cannot be adjusted to warmer temperature. There is no heater facilities as well so room is quite cold during winter period.

3泊利用致しました。カウンターのスタッフの対応はよかったです。 シーツやタオルなどの交換はこちらからお願いすればやってくれます。 受付横にランドリーがあり、時間が決まってはいますが利用できます。コーヒーやフルーツ、ジュースなど無料でした。 ホテル周辺は、三越やマックなどあり また台北駅まで徒歩で行けます。 有名なお店なども徒歩で行けますので、便利でした。 ユーバイクは、事前に登録すれば利用できますが、今回は利用できませんでした。利用される方はアプリをダウンロードし内容を確認しておいた方が良さそうです。 部屋は狭いですがスーツケースをどうにか開ける程度でした。

2泊利用しました。なんと言っても立地は最高！ お部屋は狭くスーツケースを広げるスペースも厳しいですが「ホテルは寝に帰るだけ！」の私達にはこれで十分。 12時過ぎに到着しましたが快く直ぐにチェックインして頂けました。受付の対応も良く終始笑顔で接客して頂きました^ ^

위치좋고 편안한 호텔

급하게 예약해서 방에비해 비싸긴했는데 편안하게잘 이용했습니다 프런트 직원분들도 친절하셨어요 처음에 갔을때 초인종이 작동을 안해서 사람나올때까지 기다렸지만ㅜ 보안이 잘되있는것 같아 좋았습니다 대만호텔이 춥단얘긴 들었는데 극세사잠옷을 챙겨가서 춥진않았고 온도가 23도정도 유지가되서 불편하진않았고 샤워실 온수가 아주 빵빵해서 한국인에게 아주좋았습니다.

厕所抽氣扇壞了

柜台服務人員態度親切。店有水果，茶包，咖啡任吃飲很好。房間好。但可惜入住該房間的厕所抽氣扇早已壞了，没檢查就讓客人入住，雖然店副主任提出有人員可入房檢查更換，但防疫期間不想有外人入房又耗時間更換，阻我們外出。雖又提出換房間，但已將李舖滿，執拾需時，浪費我們旅遊時間，很失望。這点非常不足，我們要用抽氣扇的厕所3天之久，只說不好意思，還說機器壞難料，為什麼不在我入住前詳細檢查，運作是否正常呢。希望桔子店盡快改善。雖然這点有缺失，我仍會選擇再次入住，亦推薦给朋友，地點靠近火車站，很方便。我相信我講的問題桔子酒店已解決了。

物不超所值，還可以接受

非常一般的住宿水準，地段非常好，價位上卻比周遭貴了許多，8樓電梯旁堆毛巾散在樓梯間非常不雅觀，電視頻道多，空調溫度準確，值得肯定，但廁所跟浴室分在房間兩側，對我來說不習慣，變成有各有一道門，更顯得廁所和浴室狹小。
